Master Stress for Success
Upskill Workshop for Leaders and Teams

Join us for Master Stress for Success, a new Upskill leadership workshop!
Psychologist Kelly McGonigal said, “Stress is what arises when something you care about is at stake.” This is especially true for leaders like you, who care deeply about fighting climate change and biodiversity loss.
Conservation and environmental leaders often wear many hats, juggle heavy workloads, and face constant pressure to do more with less. This can lead to high stress and burnout and is made worse by eco-anxiety (fear of environmental doom) and compassion fatigue.
Stress impacts more than just your focus and productivity—it can also take a toll on your physical and mental well-being.
When you manage stress proactively, you gain clarity and calm, make better decisions, resolve conflicts, and adapt to change without burning out. By modeling stress management, you also set an example and create a healthier and happier workplace for your team.
Stress management is a skill you can develop, and we’re here to guide you.
Our new Master Stress for Success workshop is designed to help you identify your sources of stress, understand their impact, and practice techniques to manage them effectively. You’ll walk away with actionable tools and a personalized coping plan you can start using right away in your daily life.
You will be able to:
- Recognize Your Stress: Identify sources of stress in your work and life
- Cope with Your Stress: Design adaptive mechanisms to respond to stress
- Apply Proven Techniques: Practice science-backed techniques to manage stress and build resilience
We understand that stress management isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. In this workshop, you’ll apply a wide range of techniques. Some will resonate deeply with you, while others may not. Our goal is to offer a toolkit of options, empowering you to choose what works best for your unique needs and preferences.

Do you provide any discounts?
Yes, we do! This year, due to a shifting funding landscape and layoffs, we’re offering a new sliding scale of $15–$50 USD to help meet leaders where they are. For our team workshop, we offer a 50% discount if your conservation or environmental organization's annual budget is under $5 million USD.
